CREDAI Youthcon 2026
The 7th edition of CREDAI YouthCon 2026, organised by the CREDAI Youth Wing, was held on 27–28 February 2026 at the JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire, Bengaluru, bringing together over 600 young developers and industry leaders from across India. Curated around the theme “Reimagine Possibility,” the convention created a platform for the next generation of real estate leaders to exchange ideas, gain new perspectives, and explore opportunities shaping the future of the built environment.
The event commenced with the inaugural session led by Mr Boman Irani, Chairman, CREDAI; Mr Shekhar G Patel, President, CREDAI; and Mr Nilesh Vohra, Convenor, CREDAI Youth Wing. The opening session also witnessed the exchange of an MoU between CREDAI and the World Trade Centers Association, represented by Mr Robin Puyenbroeck and Mr Badal Saboo. YouthCon 2026 was also designed as a carbon-neutral convention, reflecting the sector’s growing focus on sustainability.
The convention featured eminent speakers from across business, entrepreneurship, design, and media, including Mr Jimmy Mistry (Founder & Chairman, Della Townships), Mr Aman Gupta (Co-founder, boAt), Ar Patrick Keane (Principal Architect, Enter Projects Asia), Mr Aakash Gupta (CEO, Crossword Bookstores), Mr Saurabh Dwivedi (Journalist and Editor, Indian Express Hindi), Mr Jeet Adani (Director, Adani Airports), Mr Kishore Biyani (Founder & CEO, Future Group), and Mr Sahil Vora (Founder, SILA), among others.
The event also welcomed distinguished personalities such as Mr Danish Sait (Actor, Comedian, and Host) and Ms Bhumi Pednekar (Actor and Sustainability Advocate), who graced the stage at CREDAI YouthCon 2026.
