CREDAI YOUTHCON is a national platform that brings together the next generation of real estate developers on a single forum to exchange ideas, explore innovations, and discuss emerging trends and technologies shaping the sector. Designed as a knowledge-driven initiative, YOUTHCON fosters meaningful dialogue and collaboration among young decision-makers and senior industry mentors.
The 7th edition of CREDAI YOUTHCON continues to strengthen its position as a national forum, bringing together over 500 developers, senior CREDAI leadership, and key stakeholders from across the country.
The conference aims to create a dedicated space for young developers to connect, interact, and benefit from shared insights. A thoughtfully curated agenda featuring purposeful sessions encourages fresh perspectives and contributes to the overall growth and evolution of the real estate sector.
This year’s theme, “Reimagine Possibility,” focuses on innovation-led growth through three key pillars—Reimagine Resilience, Reimagine Knowledge, and Reimagine Network—equipping participants with the tools and insights required to build a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready real estate ecosystem.
