Points to Note:

• Each nomination must be accompanied by the following documents (soft copy) to ensure the entry is not disqualified:
• Category-specific documents listed in the information requirement Excel sheet (Click here to Download)
• Geotagged photographs of the project (minimum 10 images)
• RERA certificate for the nominated project
• Occupancy certificate/completion certificate/building use certificate from statutory authority for the nominated project
• Project brochure
• Audited/provisional financial statement of the company/firm for last 3 years (self-certified in case of Provisionals)
• Presentation highlighting details of nominated projects and its USP
